Born in 1955 in Tokyo. At age 4, he began to play the piano, and at age 10 he was a self-taught guitar player. Later Warita studied classical guitar under Norihiko Watanabe, Haruo Kusaka. Presently he is active as an educator, performer.

Warita received the second prize at the 16th Classical Guitar Competition in July 1985, and received the third prize at the 3rd Spanish Guitar Music Competition in October in the same year.

Since 1991 Warita has been a member of jury of Classical Guitar Competition. Also he is a member of the board of directors of Japan Guitarists Society, and a member of Japan Federation of Musicians.
